As a FASTSIGNS Customer Solution Specialist, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways, such as by email, telephone, and in-person. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
Our ideal candidate for this position is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and has the ability to build relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills, detailed documentation, and organization are essential for this position. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, manage billing and accounts receivable, and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center. Prior sign industry experience is a plus but not required.
